Those are patches created with "svn diff". You use "patch" to apply them
on the source code.

Also is there any known issues for usage of that analyzer?
A thumb rule would be that anything in the Jira not committed,
is not recommended for production. But please test it and report
in the issue tracker how well it works for you.
