I am using the Matrox G200-TV, video capture card, to watch a plasma
process and I am using a java program to analyse the picture.
However, to do this I need to get the Matrox drivers to output a single
JPEG image to the hard disk, periodically and under java software
control. I do not want to use the PC-VCR remote program provided with
the card.
Even if nobody has any experience of how to use the Matrox G200-TV I
would welcome any suggestion about any OTHER graphics capture card
capable of providing a JPEG image on demand from a java application or
applet.
If anyone had any suggestions or knows how to do this I would be very
grateful.
