[java2d] Paint(), PaintComponent() & paintChildren()!

Hi,

I donot understand the difference between Paint(),  PaintComponent() &
paintChildren().

Someone likes to override the paint(...), but others probably like to
override paintComponent(...) orpaintChildren(...).

What is the difference?
