Presently you can't do this.
There's an open RFE (request for enhancement): 4137899, on this feature.
Browsing available printers etc was earlier intended to be part
of the JNPAPI extension (network printing API).
There has been discussion of the need for certain additional programmatic
control of printer selection and setup, but new APIs will have to
wait for another feature release.
