This question isn't really about the Java2D API, but anyway... My development environment consists of XEmacs for editing, and GNU Make for building. My makefiles are set up for cross-platform development on both NT and Solaris. On NT, I use the "make" command for GNU Make that comes with the cygwin toolkit that you can get from cygnus solutions at www.cygnus.com. Chris ________________________________________ Christopher R.
