Hello All,
I am developing a swing application where the main frame is divided into 3
panels, w/ the following architecture:
MainFrame (JFrame w/ BorderLayout)
|
|--ToolsPanel (JPanel, on the WEST)
|
|--StatusPanel (JPanel, on the SOUTH)
|
|--GraphicsPanel (JPanel, on the CENTER)
I need my paint method to target the GraphicsPanel, but I -apparently- am
not able to do that, since I do not see any frames when I include the paint
method, and the shapes are drawn on the absolute JFrame. Can anybody tell me
how to reference this specific panel? Do I need to have a Canvas object to
draw on?
