[JAVA2D] saving graphics on a JPanel as an image

Hi Guys,

I have some graphics that I am painting to a JPanel that I have created with the java2d
library and I would like to save these graphics as an image (JPEG).  Can anyone walk me
through the steps to do this, or alternatively point me to a clear URL  ?
