By dragging the mouse I draw a rubber-band rectangle outline, then zoom in area inside 
rectangle and explode it on the size of whole screen. Then I repeat it again and again 
- until only 1 pixel has the size of the screen ( JPaneL).

When we draw rectangle on the image, starting and ending points of this
rectangle may lay inside the pixels.

What is the best way to do it, so resulting zoomed image will contain only "whole 
pixels"?
