Hi All, LONG ago, we solved all our printing issues and we haven't touched our printing code in over a year :-) It still runs fine for every printer we can find to test with Win98 or NT4/2000. But recently we've had 3 end users (all with Windows Millenium Edition) running into printing problems: Either large rectangular colour blotches; or portions of the image (mainly Lines) offset and painted again in the wrong place (so the areas of the image that should be whitespace have Lines from somewhere else in the image). It's as if a image buffer is not being cleared properly, somewhere in the Windows print engine... The current unhappy customer is using a Lexark Z12 but it's also been reported on a Sharp inkjet and a Cannon BJC-3000. We've had no problems in house with WinMe and an Epson 860. Can anyone offer any clues?
