Have you tried any of the weekly Mustang (JDK 6.0) binary snapshots? No? Well, what are you waiting for? To give you some incentive, I'll mention that the most recent (build 27) snapshot includes some big improvements to the OpenGL-based pipeline, as well as a way to access our microbenchmark application (J2DBench). There were a number of other improvements/fixes in this build and others, including vastly improved image transform performance. We'd like to hear your experiences with these snapshot builds: what works, and what doesn't?
