I want to write a small program to edit images. After loading an image, i want to choose one area in that image using mouse (like Photoshop software), the choosen area will be surrounded by flicker dash-dash line that made by the mouse click or drag, then i want to write some function for cut, copy, paste the area of the image to a new file or new layer in the same pane with that image or sometimes delete that area.
