If anything is available from Sun we'll let the interest list know, but
hopefully somebody else will also give it a shot.

I guess we'll find out tomorrow.  The segment focus is on human genomics
research.  My suspicion is that talk of Java and the Java 3D API may be
considered too geeky or irrelevant for the general audience, so the producers
may well cut it out.

While I was there the camera operators were fascinated by the "disco" effect of
molecules being projected onto the floor of the CAVE (and with the oversize
slippers CAVE users have to wear on the projection surface), so that kind of
gives you the orientation of the camera crew.

I should have brought my Java 3D sweatshirt and coerced Paul Gordon to wear it
while he was operating the CAVE... I have a Duke plush toy, that would have
looked nice sitting on the server too... :)
