I finally got around to package up a little molecule viewer using
Java3D.
A zip of tar.gz file can be downloaded at
ftp://ftp.tripos.com/pub/java3d/
The distribution includes all source-code and a couple of example
molecules (see the README file in the dist.).
What is distributed is a snapshot of an ongoing development
effort, intended to get feedback.
