He has a pretty impressive system and he got very high frame rates, although
it would appear that performance suffers considerably on his set-up when
using Immediate Mode. I'm just going to have to beef up the benchmarks to
stress these boy's systems... ;-)

HP Kayak XW Dual Pentium 450 MHz, 128 MBytes RAM, FX4 graphics card.
Windows NT 4 with Service Pack 4
During tests, CPU usage average ~50%. Applet run standalone
(not in browser).
(The odd result is that 512x512 Test 3 is faster than the
256x256 result ... verified after several repeat tests.)
