As far as I can tell, the HotSpot binaries are not yet
available for download, but are supposed to be available
in the next couple of days.

Maybe the Sun Java3D development team has had early
access to HotSpot and could comment? Also, it would
be interesting to see how Tornado Labs benchmark tests
change once Hotspot is introduced.
