I think there is a bug in which all locals after the first one are at 0,0,0
for the universe.  You might want to do this:


* locale 1
    * ViewGroup
    * ...
*locale 2
    * BranchGroup
        * TransformGroup
           * ViewGroup 2
           * ...

And transform the transformGroup to where you want your second locale.  Keep
the scene as a child of the TransformGroup.
