I believe it is a MIME type issue with later releases of Netscape on
Windows. We had the same problem with the Java 3D website tutorial
download (IE worked, UNIX netscape worked, Windows Netscape
mysteriously corrupted). We didn't spend time on what it takes to fix
the problem, but instead just converted to ZIP for the download.
Pressing shift before you click did not solve the problem, as one would
expect.
