Fair comment. There are some links further down in the FAQ section, but
I was looking at exactly what you are talking about last night. I'll
make some quick hack changes to the main page tonight. There is some
development starting that will allow submission of resources etc. I just
need to learn serverlets a little better :) and some other
architectural/management issues of the website.
