I have been wrestling with JNI and Fortran for a couple of days. It is no
easy task. Basically, you have to write some C or C++ to communicate with
Java. Then the C/C++ must call the Fortran subroutines.
I am having some difficulty making them communicate.
If I call the C from the command line, it calls the Fortran and everything
runs fine.
If I call the C from Java, the C functions fine, but the Fortran subroutines
die at the point of the subroutine call.

Does anybody have any ideas why that might happen??
