where are the J3D libraries. I think they are supposed to be in
c:\jbuilder30\jdk1.2.2\jre\lib\ext
and maybe installing the jre 1.2.2 in the same directory might help

I simply installed Java3D into the JBuilder jdk1.2.2 directory. In my case
I started the Java3D setup program, and specified
C:\JBuilder30\jdk1.2.2
as the destination for the installation.
