Hi Max,

I'm also using Visual Cafe and Java3D. You can extend the internal vm with
(Tools -> Environment Options -> Internal VM). Add the following jar files:

from jdk1.2.2\lib
  dt.jar
  tools.jar

from jdk1.2.2\jre\lib
  i18n.jar
  iiimp.jar
  j3daudio.jar
  j3dcore.jar
  j3dutils.jar
  jaws.jar
  plugprov.jar
  rt.jar
  vecmath.jar
