I'm not sure when this started happening (just switched to Java3D 1.2 and JDK 1.3), but any Java3D program I have (even one without ANY shapes) causes a segfault after I do a ctrl-alt-del to get to the windows NT security window and then press cancel to come back and see the window. # # An EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION exception has been detected in native code outside the VM. # Program counter=0x69097370 # I am using NT 4.0 svc pack 6, java 3d 1.2 FCS, JDK 1.3 (maybe this is the problem?), and ATI Rage Pro 8meg driver# 5382b08. Kinda sounds like a driver problem to me since it is outside the VM. Anybody else see this? J.
