All,

As a secondary follow-up, the last date to request a SIGGRAPH BOF is tomorrow, July 7th.  I've never hosted one, so I don't know the requirements.  My expectations are that whoever is responsible would:

        - Fill out the SIGGRAPH official BOF request form
        - Work with SIGGRAPH 2K mgmt to ensure that things are setup properly
        - Ask members of the list for particular topics
        - Invite 1-2 special guests
        - Set up an agenda (or leave it free-form)

Does anyone know how 'formal' SIGGRAPH BOFs typically are?
