Hi Niklas,

I'm using the latest Win32 OpenGL version and I also don't have attenuation
on PointLights and SpotLights. According to the Bug Parade, this bug
should be closed and fixed... I dunno.

I have an ATI RAGE XLT PRO AGP 2X (Try saying THAT while drunk!)
graphics card and ATI's latest drivers for it, allegedly including the GL 1.1
drivers.
