it comes with one of the distributions. It'll create a .jar file called
something like utils-src.jar

#Subject: [JAVA3D] Utility source?
#
#
#Where can I find the *source* code to the utility classes? I
#want to see
#how they
#define sphere and cone, etc. to learn how they are defining
#geometry.  I am
#thinking
#that they might be doing it differently than I am and that their method
#might be better (performance wise.) So I am hoping to learn a
#better way to
#define polyhedra.
