What's "the JVM command line in the Plug-in applet"?  Can you give us a
pointer to more info on the structure of a policy file?

Can you point to entry-level information on deployment guidelines.  When is
signing required?  Under what conditions must an end-user edit his/her
java.policy?

I'm more than a little worried that the installation problems that have
clogged developer forums and mailing lists will propagate to my end users
unless I understand these goings-on a LOT better than I do.
