Sorry. My original goal is to put borders around each polygon in a Shape3D.
The other idea (border around the projection onto the 2D image plate) would
be a great capability also.

Perhaps the original author (Daniel Dvorak @ Kennedy Space Center) can
clarify whether or not the goal is to put borders around each polygon in a
Shape3D, or only a border around the projection onto the 2D of the
Shape3D. These are vastly different needs.
