Hi Young,

    Which Java3D version/OS  are you using ? A test
program would be helpful for us. The following bugs
may cause the crash:

4365165 - JVM crashed when similar text is used on both OrientedShape3D and
Shape3D.
4390217 - MultiTexture did not work correctly under OGL
4383467 - D3D: crash if setValidVertexCount & striparray with color vertex is
used
4382985 - D3D: crash if mipmap is used but hardware not support
4375339 -  D3D: may crash when changing Geometry with color attributes

 They are fixed in the next v1.2.1 beta2 release.
