Hi,
Does anybody has some information about running Java3D on Linux. We tried it
using the Blackdown implementation of Java3D (which I think is the same than
Sun). The demo seems to run (except that closing the window crashes the
session). But if the windows contains more than a simple Canvas3D (i.e.
additional swing component), the program crashes.
Is it a Linux limitation (one unique context per window, openGL or not
openGL?!). Or is it a bug of the Blackdown implementation of Java3D? By the way,
is there any other implementation of Java3D than the Blackdown one?
Any information on Java3D and Linux would be useful.
Thanks.
Jean-Marie.
