You need to set the Front clipping plane to be nearer:
View.setFrontClipDistance(double)
The Java3D tutorial (http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/3D/collateral/) discusses
how clipping planes work.

I am trying to zoom in on an object yet whenever I get to close, i actually go through
the object. Is there anyway that I can stop the zoom or something to stop form me
