I am trying to use the Sound node with a MediaContainer on Windows 98
but I keep getting the error

could not be loaded

I get this for both au and wav files.
This caused me to even try to run the SimplerSounds demo program but I still
got the
same error. Is this a problem in Windows 98 or am I overlooking something
obvious?
