I am wanting to create a cone, and place the
tip(the upper point) at a point in space. I always want the center of the bottom
to be at another place in space. How do I orient the bottom of the cone to
always point to the top and still look like a cone? Spliting the cone is no
biggy, it's keeeping the relationship between the two that is the hard part.
