Dave/Artur,
I have a homegrown toolkit where I have made a few user interface
classes.  As of now, I have TextField (complete with keyboard cursor),
ScrollList (with selectable text list items), 3D button, Radio button
(which uses 3D buttons), slider, toggle, and something I call an
indicator light.  The 3D button is animated either using predefined
movement (translation along axes) or by a user-modeled animation.  I
personally animate the button in 3D studio, and then pick it up as the
motion for the button being pressed.  I've even got listener callbacks.

Alas, it is proprietary, though we are in the midst of discussions to
make it available (for a price of course).

I'm not sure how a menu system would have a 3D counterpart though...
