At a guess, you haven't got the javascript necessary to execute the plugin.  Standard HTML works in HotJava and Forte's browser.  But if you're using IE or Netscape, you should use the HTML Converter located at www.javasoft.com  Take a look the the HTML source at http://www.geocities.com/corysia/Virtual.html and you can see how the Converter converted my simple HTML into something that works for IE5.

The java3d has to be installed in specific directories.

dear sir
i am new to java 3d and i downloaded everyhting but whenever icompile my java3d program (the examples in the book )it always get the error of not finding the javax.media.j3d.* class as it can't import it
so what am i supposed to do or where can i download it
