Hi John and Ahmed,

Quoting from the site:
---------------------------------

Attention Internet Explorer users: Microsoft's Internet
Explorer has the following quirk: If handlers are set a certain
way, IE automatically decompresses .gz files as they are
downloaded, but it does not change the filename extension.
Therefore, the file you have downloaded is already a .pdf file.
If the file you are trying to unzip is not recognized as a gzip
file, try changing the filename extension from .gz to .pdf and
read the file using Adobe's Acrobat Reader.
 --------------------------------

I found that opening the files with Acrobat (even though my Win2K said they
were .gz files) worked fine.

Adrian.

Hmmm, you're right. I actually used one of the mirrors
(http://gpbb.dk.eu.org/ , IIRC). Try there. Hopefully you're
not paying by the megabyte...
