hi everyone,
today i have seen some interesting
stuff:
the Macromedia Shockwave 3D Player,
it's about realtime 3D graphics for the
web...
well, and now i'm interrested what YOU are thinking
about this and whther/how it does influence the future of Java3D, cause it seems
to be i big industry within that..
e.g. nearly every 3D animation study will provide
exporters, o.k. you say Java3D has Loaders, but for Shockwave 3D, the
exporters will export whole animations eveb for single skinned
meshes...
o.k. i don't know if there exists s.th. for
collision detecting...but it seems the industry want to create a new standart
with that.
so i guess SUN has a little more to do than go to
the GDC (Game Developer Conference) for advertising cause Macromedia has done i
hit before (FLASH-payer).. =(
so please tell me what you are thinking of this
topic..
