HI,

How do I build the Transform3d matrix that can take an
arbitrary line in space and align it with an
aribitrary vector in Space. The original line is
assumed to be aligned with the cartesian y-axis, and
the vector is with respect to this Cartesian frame. In
other words, I have to build the Rotation matrix with
only the direction cosines of the vector.

Any code snippets will of great help.
