Paul, you have an extremly warped sense of reality. Aaron Walsh and
Justin Couch are not trying to discredit the original VRML loaders from
Sun. Only you continue to push to dead horse around. The reality is
that code base is not being actively developed. We are working on a new
version that will support several new features lacking in that release
and trying to create an open source community to develop it further.
There is a concentrated effort to get VRML loading working for Java3D.
If you are happy with the original codebase then please feel free to
continue using them. If you would like to actually contribute useful
work and fix what's wrong with that code then please do. Otherwise you
are doing nothing but creating strife.
As to your specific question about h-anim not working in the M2 release
of Xj3D. Yes, prototype support is slated for M3, likely in October.
That will then allow for h-anim compliance. We welcome all those
interested in helping out.
