Well as LWS stands for Lightwave Scene. I would say the most
perfect tool to build LWS scenes is Lightwave 3D itself. Version 7 was
just released at Siggraph this year. Other ways would be to use a different
program and convert it to .LWS somehow (for example with NuGrafx
PolyTrans)
