Yep I can at least guess one. I think you have the JDK and the JRE
installed right? And I can guess that for the JAVA-Command the JRE from
the stand-alone JRE will be taken and not the JRE from the JDK. So just
find the JRE-StandAlone installation and copy the same .jar to it's
jre\lib\ext
