I use an implementation of OpenGL (made by SGI) on a Visual Workstation
and I have the same problem with jdk1.3 and java 3D 1.2.1_01 under
linux.
In fact, only the combination of jdk 1.2 and java 3D 1.1.3 seems stable
on this computer.

Is it a known problem on this platform?
