I Have a Freshly installed sdk1.3.1_01 and Java3D 1.2.1 into which I install
a newly downloaded (today) Xj3D-min.exe and run my application.
When I rebuild and run my application I get a java.lang.NoSuchMethodError
at org.web3d.vrml.j3d.VRMLLoader.load(VRMLLoader.java:216)
at org.web3d.vrml.j3d.VRMLLoader.load(VRMLLoader.java:157)
I then revert back to the previous Xj3D-min.exe (downloaded 3 September) and
my application works fine again.
This download was from http://www.web3d.org/TaskGroups/source/xj3d.html
which claims its the milestone 3 release and will work with Java (at least
1.2.2) and J3D(at least 1.2)
So, I think that the new version is the milestone 3 release (it would be
nice if it announced itself as such in the installer). Is this known to not
work?
