What a coincedence! I am in the process of developing "Live Video
Cubes" by modifying the JMF-Videotextured example provide on the JMF
site! It seems like you beat me to it. Are you considering sharing the
code?
The application I want the JMF video textured cubes to be used for is
that of virtual conferencing. The avatars are to be represented by cubes
with their captured video textured on it. Audio is not important at this
point. The virtual conferencing is to evaluate some DVE technologies and
research ideas I have been working. The results will be submitted to a
conference with the hope of publication!
I can give more details if you are interested. Let me know if you can
share the code or not. Thank you.
