Due to popular demand... :) The details for the list are now available. The list is being run from the j3d.org site. I have not subscribed anyone that has expressed interest in the list, you will need to do that yourself as you may have a preference for another email address.
To subscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the body subscribe terrain-discuss You will get an intro message that outlines the list policy after you have subscribed it contains some basic information. If you want to filter the messages for the list, use either the list email address: [EMAIL PROTECTED] or the subject prefix [j3d.org terrain-discuss] I have also started to put together a terrain rendering tutorial. There's nothing there to look at yet, so don't bother looking :) I need to update all the other pages on j3d.org, so don't be surprised if you don't find anything else. Of course, you can also look at the code repository for the ROAM implementation. Precompiled and source is available for download and a simple demo program. -- Justin Couch http://www.vlc.com.au/~justin/ Freelance Java Consultant http://www.yumetech.com/ Author, Java 3D FAQ Maintainer http://www.j3d.org/ ------------------------------------------------------------------- "Humanism is dead.
