Rough guess the thing you are adding has already been added somewhere previously. You
can't do this. Either .cloneNode a copy or create a new one.

I got the following message (not exception) on standard output:
ShapeSet.add(): Can't remove shape from parent, can't find shape!
But I have not any removal method call in my code.
