Hi, I have two 3D images of the brain. I want to find the difference in voxel values between the two images. If the difference is positive, then I want to show a red colored voxel....the higher the difference, the brighter the color. If the difference is negative, I want to show a green colored voxel. Can someone tell me how I am supposed to do this using 3D texturing. I am extending Doug Gehringer's code for volume rendering to develop a tool for studying multiple sclerosis.
