Hello, everybody! I've had a problem with Selman's particles system code form j3d.org after installing j2sdk 1.4.1. This version asks for the Service Pack 3 for the W2K (I wonder why?!?) and after installing the SP3, the j2sdk1.4.1 and Java3D 1.3 (openGL) I cannot see the particles generated. The code is running, everything is OK, but the particles are not rendered. Using the sample program (from j3d.org repository), just the background color can be seen.
I've tryed the same code on different machines and it worked with the "old" versions, but not with those which were updated. I guess it's due to the SP3, because I've tryed to reinstall old Java/Java3D version on the updated machines and it didn't work. I've also installed the latest NVidia drivers and it didn't work as well. Anyone has experienced anything like that or knows what's really going on? Anyone at Sun knows about it? __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
