I posted the question earlier but got no response. I thought that I was the only one having the problem. If you find any solution, please post it to this list. Thanks!

What comes up is a window for downloading Java3D 1.3.
I am currently developing with Java3D 1.3(at least I think I am) on Windows2000. I checked the Java Plug-in in the control Panel, but I don't see any Java3D settings there. It does say on the About tab that I am using Java2 1.4.1, though. There is a pull down for selecting which JRE to use. I have this set to default.
What's the best way to tell what Java3D version Internet Explorer is pointing to? Or better yet what the JRE is pointing to?
I checked the versions of j3dcore.jar in both my JRE and SDK locations, and they are the same. However in my old JREs (C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE) I still have directories for 1.2, 1.3.1. My current JRE is now C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.1_01. And my SDK is on a local disk.
If the Java Plug-in says "Use Java Plug-in default", what is it using? It only lists my JRE and SDK, of which both have the same j3dcore.jar.
Ughh...this is annoying.
Thanks, -DaveS
