Are you able to get a stereo image at all ? Let's say from a 3d game ? If not, then you have a problem with the drivers or card compatibility of the glasses. Please check first if you can see a stereo image outside java, using nvidia stereo viewer. It's not clear from your mail if you have done that or not.
