Oh, sorry. I didn't notice that your 4th
parameter (the number of quadrilaterals needed to define the cone) was set to
2, making it flat. Try something like 16 or 32.
Also, the comments lie about that parameter
defaulting to 16. I forgot to test for a null parameter there.

java.awt.Color Color, not a Color3f.
Try: AttenuatedCone frustrum=new

When I needed one, I did this, and called
it AttenuatedCone. It's a set of quadrilaterals arranged around the
top and bottom "hoops" like a barrel. I hope the comments explain what
I was after.
